Galvanomagnetic

Galvanomagnetic refers to the electrical and magnetic properties of materials, specifically the relationship between an electric current and a magnetic field. When a magnetic field is applied to a material that has an electric current passing through it, the motion of the charges in the material is affected by the magnetic field, which can result in changes in the electrical conductivity and resistivity of the material. This effect is known as the galvanomagnetic effect and is the basis for many important applications such as magnetoresistance sensors, magnetic memory storage devices, and spintronics.
